Here's Wendy with Richard Branson, flying Toronto-bound earlier today on one of Virgin America’s first international flights. During the course of the SFO-YYZ flight, she had the fantastic opportunity to sit down with Richard and ask some of the questions you shared on this blog last week. Richard was more than happy to take the time to answer them (flying at 35,000 feet, there's really nowhere to run!) and, starting tomorrow, Wendy will begin posting the winning questions, plus exclusive video.
In the meantime, you can read more about Virgin America Flight 200 below.

Consumer News Editor Wendy Perrin live-tweeted her ride on Virgin America's celebratory flight to Toronto today, onboard with Sir Richard Branson and rapper (and Canadian!) Drake. When the flight, Virgin America 200, had only just departed San Francisco International, Wendy had already uncovered some news:
"Richard Branson says @VirginAmerica will soon be flying to Mexico--specifically, to Cancun and to Cabo."
Wendy also emailed us some photos from the airport and even from mid-air, thanks to the airline's in-flight Wi-Fi connection:
Pictured above: San Francisco mayor Gavin Newsom (clapping), Richard Branson, and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger celebrating the launch of Virgin America’s first international route.
There's Wendy with Gavin Newsom. "Newsom said SFO airfares have dropped by 1/3 since Virgin America came to town," Wendy e-mailed. "Newsom and Schwarzenegger are both huge VX fans. They love all the jobs and business it brings to California, as well as the airline competition it brings, which of course means lower fares for travelers."
Wendy also posted a Twitter update on some great customer service from her VIP seatmate:
"Virgin America CEO David Cush just lifted my carry-on wheelie into the overhead bin. Talk about customer service!"
Branson and Cush had a chance to chat before Wendy started peppering them with your questions.
Almost to Canada, Cush got tapped to explain immigration forms to passengers.
"Warm welcome in Toronto. Lotsa tech & film industry types here who'll fly VX to SFO & LAX."
Our flight had a red-carpet welcome, complete with Mounties.
